Built for fields, parks and arenas

You run the bars at your event. We supply the drinks and handle the logistics behind them, from single-day shows to multi-show programmes across the UK.

Event supply

Event supply is a different job

Volumes are large and arrive in a single window. Access is restricted, loading areas are temporary and plans change late. GHF plans the stock and the vehicle movements together, for events ranging from smaller individual shows to major events with tens of thousands of attendees.

If you run the bars at an event, you can route breweries, soft-drink companies and spirits suppliers through GHF, instead of coordinating each one separately.

Case studies

Every size of show, handled

Three very different events, three very different jobs. From a one-day city festival to five nights at Heaton Park.

The challenge

A tight city-centre street site, where every delivery and collection has to happen on the show day itself.

What we did

Delivered, supported and collected all on the day, sizing stock for a busy city-centre crowd without overloading a small site.

Smaller shows get the same care as the biggest ones.

The challenge

One of the highest-profile shows of the year: 370,000 fans across five nights, with a complete load-in and load-out around every show.

What we did

Ran tankers and fridge trucks through the night after each show, so every bar we supplied was fully restocked before the gates opened for the next one.

We deliver at the largest scale when the logistics are at their hardest.

The challenge

A boutique festival with a distinctive, curated drinks list, including a wide wine and Champagne range that goes well beyond standard festival stock.

What we did

Planned and sourced the specialist range well in advance through our supplier network, so the bars had exactly the products they wanted.

Niche and premium ranges get the same careful planning as volume.
