Every order follows the same four steps, whether it's a weekly venue delivery or a full trailer for a festival.

Stock put away
Every delivery is received, checked and put away to a set location in the racking.

Step 02 · Picking
Picked & checked
Orders are picked by scanner against each event or venue allocation, then checked before dispatch.

Step 03 · Transport
Loaded & delivered
Venue and site deliveries go out on our rigids, booked into the right delivery slot.

Trailers to site
Full trailers are planned against site accreditation and delivery windows, then collected after the event.
Collections, returns and sale-or-return are handled on agreed terms, which vary by supplier and product.
